Hand Cream #16 is a classic cold cream like #14 Hand Creme. It differs in that it is lighter and has a neutral fragrance. It is well suited for use as a light base for a perfume, neither as rich as just a carrier oil or solid perfume base, nor as astringent as an alcohol perfume base.
This cream base was originally paired with my Samhain fragrance.
The equipment and method I use to make #16 Hand Cream are the same as those I use for #14 Hand Cream. The ingredients are:
Oil Phase

- 75ml Golden Jojoba Oil
- 15g Beeswax
- 20g Cocoa Butter
Water Phase

- 75ml Distilled Witch Hazel
- 45ml Vegetable Glycerine
Cool Down

- 1ml Vitamin E oil
- 20-70 drops of essential oils.
